"If you are looking for a spacious family home in a quiet, safe setting yet within minutes of Weybridge town centre, mainline station and a selection of some of the most sought after schools in the area, then look no further!

We are delighted to offer this much loved family home to the market and thoroughly recommend you book a viewing to fully appreciate not only how spacious and bright it is, but also just how wonderful the location is.

The first thing you notice as you approach the house is how large the front lawn is. This provides not only very useable outside space but also a wonderful outlook from the windows at the front of the property. There is a good sized drive-way with ample parking for several cars, as well as a large, internally accessed garage. To the side of the garage is access to the rear garden.

The downstairs accommodation is not only spacious, but provides a very nice flow. All downstairs rooms are accessed from the hallway. To the front of the property is a large study/snug room. To the rear of the property is an open plan living/dining room with doors opening out onto the rear garden. The garden can also be accessed from the kitchen which is adjacent to the living/dining room. The kitchen leads to a good sized utility room to the front of the property and also has access to the garage. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and under stairs storage cupboard.

The near-by towns of Walton on Thames, Cobham and Esher provide further shopping outlets, restaurants and recreational facilities.

The transport links are excellent in this area. The mainline station in Weybridge has a regular service to London Waterloo (28 minutes). The motorist is well served with easy access to the M25 and A3 trunk road providing fast links to London, the south and both Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

The local area offers an excellent selection of highly regarded state and private schools for all age ranges. There is also a huge choice of leisure facilities including numerous golf courses and health clubs, race courses, cricket and rugby clubs and horse riding. The area is located close picturesque countryside as well as the River Thames.
