"If you are after a home with character which is beautifully presented and offers fantastic accommodation spread over three floors, then this home has to be a true contender. As soon as you go through the front door you are greeted by a most welcoming large through reception room with an attractive fireplace to one side and a double glazed multipaned window overlooking the front approach. To the rear of this room there is access then through to the luxurious kitchen which is fitted with a matching range of cream fronted eye level and base units with granite worksurfaces areas and stainless steel fronted appliances combined with attractive tiled flooring and low voltage down lighters. Off the kitchen there is access through to a very useful family/sitting room which is a particularly bright and airy room, benefitting from roof light windows, patio doors overlooking and giving access out onto the rear terrace and garden. Also off this room there is an extremely handy downstairs cloakroom.
