"Modernised and extended to a superlative standard, this 3 bedroom family home is superbly located on the East Molesey border within just a few minutes walk of the riverside recreation ground, Pavilion gym, Hurst Park swimming pool, the River Thames and excellent schooling.
A great deal of care and attention has been lavished on the improvements of this well-proportioned semi-detached home which includes the addition of a second bathroom on the ground floor and a bespoke, all season garden room/office and utility room. The house is set back from the road, with the frontage being closed off with gated parking for one or two cars, as required. Entering the property, the spacious entrance hallway has an Amtico oak effect floor which continues through to the kitchen/breakfast room. The sitting room is well proportioned with a central gas fireplace, original picture rails and a large UPVC double glazed window flooding the room with natural daylight. Facing the rear garden, an extensively fitted high gloss kitchen adorns the space with twin, pull out larders cupboards, double oven, and gas hob and extractor set into a peninsular. Three built in pantry cupboards, one with plumbing, provide further storage in the kitchen area, whilst matching cabinets extend into the side lobby area, which has a door to the front driveway and rear garden. A large and luxuriously fitted shower room, completes the ground floor, with climate controlled under tile heating, motion sensor backlit mirror and an enormous shower cubicle. On the first floor, each double bedroom has twin built-in wardrobes, with a further triple wardrobe in one of the rooms. There is also a large single bedroom, plus a lovely family bathroom with glass window sill, tiled floor and towel radiator.
Outside has been designed around entertaining, with a large patio with built-in motion sensor lights adjacent to the house.

Outside Within the garden building is a utility room, with running hot and cold water, washing machine, fridge and freezer, and a garden room which is fully insulated with heating and dimmable led lighting, providing an ideal space to relax or as an external office.
