"Located in a popular position in West Byfeet is this impressive five bedroom family home is set on a 0.438 acre plot.

Remodelled internally by the current owner,
the property now enjoys an open plan hall
and family area seamlessly linked by the
natural light oak flooring. In the 22ft x 24ft
kitchen/breakfast room there are fitted
appliances such as an American
fridge/freezer, Miele dishwasher and
Rangemaster cooker, whilst the garden is also
accessible via the French doors. Between the
kitchen and integral garage is the
laundry/utility room incorporating fitted units,
plumbing for washing machine, sink and a
built-in larder cupboard. The main drawing
room is dual aspect and has a focal fire
surround including French doors leading out to
the garden. Throughout the property the
internal oak veneer doors give a natural quality
feel whilst linking the real oak flooring on
