"Approached via a private road this modern four bedroom, two reception, three bathroom home was built by Rectory Homes in 2007/8. The overall development consists of just twenty seven residences some of which are of a barn style to help blend with the Surrey Wildlife Trust Land that offers walks and views running adjacent with the River Wey. Throughout, the property has been fitted using quality materials such as Villeroy and Boch in the bathrooms and granite work surfaces and fitted appliances in the kitchen. With a welcoming feel the main entrance hall has direct access to the main sitting room and kitchen, including the cloakroom and under stair cupboard. At the top of the house is the master bedroom where there are built in cupboards and access to an en-suite, whilst on the first floor there three further bedrooms, an en-suite for bedroom two and a family bathroom. From both the dining and living room areas there is access via the two sets of French doors leading to the patio and lawn garden. From the garden path there is a gate leading to the parking areas and a private barn style car port. Byfleet village has a range of local shops and services whilst on the Brooklands site there is the extended Marks & Spencer/Tesco superstores and retail park. Locally there are golf courses all around including a choice of leisure pursuits and fitness centers. By road the A3 and M25 are within three miles, whilst London Waterloo can be accessed by direct train services in as little as 30-35 minutes in peak times from West Byfleet. Also there is an all day car park at West Byfleet station, whilst Byfleet/New Haw station is an alternative option located within one and quarter miles.
