"A bright and airy 4 bedroom, detached family house with a secluded south west facing garden situated on a prestigious private road within walking distance of Warlingham Green and ideal for commuting. Built in the 1960's with spacious rooms and much natural light, the property would enable a buyer to refurbish to their own tastes and requirements to create an ideal family home.
