"This well presented characterful family home is located approximately half a mile from Walton town centre and just over a mile from the mainline station, popular local schools and the river are nearby.

Approached via a sweeping in and out driveway and entered via a pretty covered porch, you are welcomed into the home by the entrance hall with the ground floor rooms arranged around this bright space.

The bright double aspect kitchen dining family room is the beating heart of the house and a wonderful space for both formal and informal entertaining.
