"The current owners have been in residence for 26 years and it is easy to see why they have enjoyed this home for so long. Occupying what must be one of the largest plots in the road and neighbouring allotments, this property features a unique and sensational aspect with seemingly limitless sky. Internally the bright and airy accommodation has recently been redecorated and the kitchen and bathroom have been refitted. The welcoming entrance hall provides access to the living room, family room, kitchen and W/C. The large living room features glass sliding patio doors and opens onto the dining room which also has a superb view over the garden. The kitchen has been refitted with modern high gloss units with contrasting corian work surfaces. The Smeg stainless steel steam and electric ovens are integrated, as are the gas hob and extractor hood.
