"Positioned in a very peaceful crescent and only a short walk to Hersham Village Centre, enabling easy access to shops, schools and parks. Over recent years the accommodation has been both improved and enlarged to create a fantastic family home. The kitchen should be singled out for particular praise, forming part of the extension and has been completely re-fitted within the last year or so. By enlarging the kitchen there is now space for breakfast furniture and double-doors open directly out onto the patio and garden. The kitchen design demonstrates a modern, contemporary flair incorporating several household appliances including oven, gas hob, extractor hood and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is direct access into the garage where there is further plumbing for a washing machine. Additional accommodation includes a living room with casement doors out onto the garden and separate bay-fronted dining room. Upstairs there are five bedrooms, two of which form part of the extension and offer a great deal of versatility. The family bathroom has also been modernised and consists of an enclosed bath, w.c, wall mounted shower and wash-basin. Externally, the rear garden is mostly lawn and has a wide patio providing plenty of space for outside dining. Side access leads to the front driveway, adjacent to an area of front garden. Hersham Village is literally just round the corner offering a variety of shops, Waitrose Supermarket and primary schooling.
