"A superbly presented and very attractive late Victorian detached property situated in a very desirable residential area just several minutes walk from Walton on Thames mainline station. Typical of the Victorian Era the room sizes are very well proportioned with high ceilings throughout, fireplaces and an abundance of natural light due the southerly orientation. In addition to two very attractive reception rooms there is also professionally designed and fitted kitchen with space for breakfast furniture. Integrated appliances and ample storage are further enhanced by the more recent construction of a utility/boot room running along the side elevation, connecting to the front and rear garden and also fitted with a shower facility and w.c. Upstairs are three good size bedrooms two of which are very generous double rooms and are fitted with either built-in cupboards or wardrobes and there is four piece white modern bathroom suite with wall mounted shower.
