It's easy to see what grabbed her attention and totally understandable why she has chosen to stay here for so long. I fell in love with this home over 33 years ago now and I can still remember what it was that won me over. It was the fact that it was so bright inside, I loved how light it was. Having a family as well, it was essential that we were well placed for good schools and we were definitely catered for here, as the schools are exceptional. It is so quiet here, there are only a handful of houses down this road and I have such good neighbours. It's quite remarkable that despite the tranquil location, I can walk into town in a matter of minutes making it ideal for those that need to commute to the City.
