The current owners bought this maisonette over 20 years ago and it is easy to see why they have stayed here so long. As well as the 2 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes there is a good size lounge and kitchen. The front garden belongs to the property and there is also a private garden at the side. Located within walking distance of the train station, it is ideal for those needing to commute to central London. Another huge advantage is that the current owners are going to make it exceptionally easy for the lucky buyers by moving out and breaking the chain.

We bought this maisonette over 20 years ago as we fell in love with the space it had to offer. We had looked at so many and nowhere compared to this. The fact that we had two double bedrooms and a good size kitchen were the biggest selling points for us. Then there was the piece de la resistance- our very own private garden. That sealed the deal for us and we snapped it up. It has been great living so close to the town and train station. Getting to everywhere has been effortless. I hope the new owners will love it just as much.
