THEN LOOK NO FURTHER! This truly exceptional house has it all.....
Firstly, a beautifully decorated light and airy lounge with feature living flame gas fire taking the chill off of those cold winter nights. There is also a dining area which looks onto the stunning conservatory which overlooks the 160ft rear garden. The kitchen is modern and of a good size with integrated hob and oven.
Upstairs on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms (one of which has a great walk in wardrobe which could be turned into an en-suite) and a beautifully designed modern bathroom with lovely fittings and a contemporary feel. On the third floor there is another large double bedroom which the current owners use as an additional lounge/games room. Outside there is a car port with double gates and the current owner informs me that there is planning permission for a garage to be built if required. To the rear the vendors have done a superb job with the garden and have built a bbq and a lovely raised decked seating area. Since living here, they have had double glazing installed, gas central heating and new kitchen and bathroom fitted. Located in a fantastic location in South Wallington, this gorgeous family home is ideally situated for some truly excellent schools.

We bought this house 7 years ago as we totally fell in love with the location and the garden. The fact that we could be well positioned for the excellent schools was an important factor for us and we also liked the fact that the area was so quiet. The garden totally bowled us over. We had seen many houses but none with a garden of this size. We just knew that summer barbeques would be a dream here hence we had the barbeque and decked area built.
Since having a family, it is now time for us to upsize to the next rung on the ladder but we have truly loved living here and know that the next owners will do too.
