"SPACE, LOCATION AND A GREAT SIZE GARDEN IN ONE OF SOUTH WALLINGTON'S PREMIER ROADS! Just a few things on offer when you step inside this little gem of a home! When you first walk through the door, it is hard not to be impressed with the high ceilings and picture rails. There is a good size lounge, separate dining room which overlooks the rear garden and a generous size, pretty kitchen. The current owner has created a garden room off of the lounge where she has spent many days enjoying the peace and quiet of the garden in the sunshine. There is also a lean to at the side which the current owner uses as her utility room.
Upstairs the feeling of space continues with 3 double bedrooms. The main bedroom comes complete with built in wardrobes and all of the bedrooms have picture rails. The fact that this house has 3 double bedrooms and ample space downstairs made it so much better than anything else we had seen and we snapped it up! Having children, it was vital that we had a big enough garden for them to play in but also that we were well located for the excellent schools in Wallington. Again, this house ticked that box too. We have lovingly looked after our home over the years and will be sorry to leave it behind but it is now time to move on to somewhere smaller closer to the children who have now all grown up!
