"Properties of this ilk rarely become available in the desirable Weston Green location. Built, we think, between 1908-1912, this house is filled with an abundance of light. Every room on the ground floor is dual aspect and it offers its next owner a wonderful opportunity to update and extend (sttp) to create a coveted character family home.

The property has an attached garage and off street parking for two cars. As you walk up the drive way and reach the front door you will see that the original exterior floor tiles still remain and you're greated by a wonderfully bright hallway with original solid oak flooring.

The dual aspect front reception room has a central feature fireplace, picture rail and a lovely ceiling centre rose. The dual aspect rear reception room has a covered fireplace and lovely views onto the garden with a doorway providing access onto the patio.
