"Approaching the front drive of this property sets the scene for just how lovely it is inside. Once through the door, the quality and style of all the refurbishment work our clients have carried out are immediately evident and continue throughout creating a delightful feeling of warmth and comfort which is created by the stylish, tasteful decor. There is a good sized hallway which has a wonderful wood floor which runs throughout the living room, dining room and conservatory. The fabulous living room has a front aspect and is beautifully decorated throughout and has a very attractive cast iron feature fireplace with a limestone surround and granite hearth making this a wonderful room in which to relax. The dining room is light, bright and airy and has a very attractive wood burner and this fabulous room opens into the gorgeous hand painted Martin Moore kitchen which overlooks the rear garden, has limestone flooring with underfloor heating and an excellent range of fitted units and granite work surfaces. Fitted appliances include a range style double oven with a six ring gas hob and extractor hood above, a fridge, a dishwasher and there is space for a large American style fridge freezer. The fabulous conservatory overlooks the rear garden which can be accessed via double glazed double doors and these three rooms combine to make a fabulous entertaining space for the whole family. Leading off the hallway is a very smart cloakroom with an attractive tiled floor and consists of a modern white WC and a white corner wash hand basin and folding wooden doors lead to a separate utility room which has space and plumbing for a washing machine and separate tumble dryer and also houses the Megaflow.
