"A brand new five double bedroom, three bathroom family home finished to a high standard and offering flexible family accommodation. To the ground floor there is the formal reception room with wood burner and doors opening to the kitchen. The kitchen/dining area has cupboard space and all the mod cons that one would expect. There is also a separate utility area. From the bi-folding doors you access the garden with patio and large grass area, an opportunity to make your own. There is also rear access to Colets should you wish to take up membership. Access to the garage can be found internally from the kitchen and there is a downstairs cloakroom. To the first floor the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. There are a further three double bedrooms and family bathroom to this floor. To the second floor there is a further bedroom with en-suite and loft storage.

The property is ideally located being only 0.4 miles from Thames Ditton railway station (providing regular direct trains to London Waterloo in 35 minutes), and backs on to the playing fields of the Old Pauline Club and Colets. Colets which is a family orientated health and fitness club with 25M pool and spa, fully equipped Gymnasium, 6 squash courts and functions facilities with an internet cafe. Its riverside is situated opposite the Thames Path and Hampton Court Palace Gardens and golf course in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Its railway station, one of two on the Hampton Court Branch Line, is 0.31 miles (500 m) from the riverside end of the village centre and the village of Weston Green. The historic market town of Kingston upon Thames is within 3.75 miles offering excellent shopping centres and wonderful riverside restaurants. There is also a Waitrose in nearby Esher and Surbiton.
