"This property is ideally situated for access to the areas highly regarded schools, local shopping amenities and Hinchley Wood Station with its direct service to London Waterloo as well as bus routes in to Surbiton and Esher.
The property benefits from morning sun to the front and afternoon sun to the rear and is entered via a useful porch and nice size hallway.
The accommodation is light and airy throughout. There is a substantial living/dining room which has a bay window to the front and to the rear opens to a further reception room. This has been used previously as an occasional bedroom as it benefits from having a bathroom and separate cloakroom. It could be used for a variety of other purposes and has a door leading out to the garden.
