"Situated in a quite cul-de-sac in Thames Ditton with an open aspect to the front, this 1950's terraced family house offers the new owner not only a home but one with scope to remodel and improve. The main living area is an open plan 'L' shaped living / dining room that overlooks both the front and rear gardens, creating a bright and well lit space. The kitchen offers a range of modern units and leads to the former internal courtyard that has been converted into a covered utility room. A store room, with a feature curved wall to the front of the property, provides direct access to the utility and could be used as a boot room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Accessed via the sitting room as well as the kitchen, the sunny south west facing rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature boarders that include some fruiting trees. In winter months views over the grounds of the Old Cranleighan Club can also be enjoyed.
