The good sized front reception room extends into a pretty bay window and character features include; a wooden floor, a pretty centre ceiling moulding and an attractive cast iron feature fireplace with a wooden mantel and a granite effect hearth, which has fitted storage and shelving either side. This well proportioned room leads into a nice sized dining room, which can also be accessed separately from the hallway. It too has wood flooring and a centre ceiling moulding and a double glazed sash window to the rear and these two rooms combine to create a fabulous family space. The large double aspect kitchen breakfast room also has stripped wood flooring and overlooks the rear garden which can be accessed via double glazed double doors. There is a range of fitted units and work surfaces and fitted appliances include; a coffee machine, a microwave and twin fridge freezers and there is space for a range style double oven and space and plumbing for a washing machine. From the hallway there is a cloakroom which has a wood floor and a window and consists of a two piece white suite to include a WC and a corner wash hand basin.

The well appointed staircase leads to a good sized first floor landing and there is a double glazed sash window adding extra natural light. The good sized master bedroom has a front aspect and a fitted wardrobe and twin double glazed sash windows.
