Description

The air conditioning doubles as a heat source warm air heater in winter months which provides instant warmth potentially at a more economical rate than the conventional radiators.

The ground floor features a separate reception room plus the impressive extended, kitchen family room that is south facing and has full width doors opening out onto the rear garden.
