"A family home that must been seen. This property is located within a few minutes walk of Sutton Cricket Club with its regular events and gymnasium. Sutton Town Centre is within 1.2 miles with is many shops, restaurants and caf? culture. Sutton mainline station runs services on to London Bridge and Victoria. This home offers some great original features including an arched window on the 1st floor landing which lets light flood in. The reception room leads onto the conservatory and from here you can get access into the southerly aspect garden which is ideal for entertaining. There is a modern kitchen and a down stairs WC.
