So if you are in the market for one then you are probably experiencing a problem - good quality homes are few and far between. Now this is where we are going to make your day. Nestled in one of the areas most sought after residential cul-de-sac’s, this 1930s house has had every effort made by the current owners on creating a sanctuary of style and peace combating a modern families hectic lifestyle. Both the lounge and dining rooms offer spacious sizes with the dining room having been opened up to a modern kitchen area - excellent for entertaining - not just your friends but the little ones as well! We looked in many areas when we were looking to buy and there was always a reason why we didn't like somewhere - too small, no parking, wrong location, there was always something. We didn't think that there was a house to suit our needs until Dibdin Close came up - and we have never looked back! So we have gone about updating the property throughout so it is now in great condition also improving the front so we now have extra parking - an added expense the new owner will not have to pay out for.
It will be sad to leave, but due to a change in our circumstances are now looking to move.
