"Harlequin is a light and sunny bungalow on the banks of the River Thames with its own mooring. It has recently been totally re-modelled and refurbished to a high standard. Electric wrought iron gates lead to the front garden which is partly shingled allowing off-street parking for numerous cars. The front garden has a greenhouse and a double garage with electric door. Internally, the property consists of a large central hall leading to a 35ft open-plan kitchen, dining and family area, a sitting room which lends itself to two separate areas, and a study/bedroom 4.The hall and study benefit from Velux roof lights and the two main living rooms have river views. The main bedroom leads to a dressing area, both with river views, and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. There are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The landscaped riverside garden is a particular feature of the property. It has a circular lawn, partly bordered by a pergola walkway, a summer house on a raised deck and an arbour. A large terrace runs the length of the property enabling a wonderful vista of the river. The beds are well stocked with trees, shrubs perennials and grasses. All beds and the lawn have an automatic irrigation system. Temple Gardens is generally considered one of the most favourable riverside roads in Staines within « mile of Staines town centre.
