"This delightful family home has surprisingly large entertaining space, having been extended to the rear to provide a second sitting room with adjoining dining area and kitchen. Subsequently there have been many other improvements and refurbishments including the creation of a first floor shower room, refitment of the kitchen and bathroom, installation of sealed unit double-glazing and a modern gas fired boiler in December 2015. The original living room is a lovely sunny south-facing room and makes a quiet retreat. The rear reception room is a good area for the family to mingle and chat, as it flows through into the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a range of contemporary Shaker style units with contrasting beech wood effect work tops inset with a halogen hob, stainless steel cooker hood, electric double oven, integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The ground floor bathroom has been attractively refitted with a modern 3 piece white suite including a slipper bath and vanity unit inset with washbasin and concealed cistern WC. One wall is mirrored reflecting the light and the rest of the room is mosaic tiled. To the first floor are 3 bedrooms; the 2nd and 3rd have been amalgamated to form one large room but designed to be easily re-instated, which our client is willing to do if required.
