"A classic halls adjoining Edwardian villa that belies the size of the very light and airy accommodation within. This stunning home has been painstakingly modernised whilst keeping its period character. A lot of thought has gone into the practically of modern living including a tremendous amount of built-in storage, upgrading of the electrics, central heating system, kitchen and bathrooms.
As you step into the wide reception hall you are immediately struck by its size which is emphasised by the high corniced ceiling, wood laminate flooring and abundance of natural light. The elegant front aspect drawing room has been subtly altered to provide an extended living space with a wide double glazed sash bay window and a cast iron fireplace inset with a gas/coal effect fire and a polished marble surround. To the rear is a separate dining room with French doors opening onto the terrace and the former fireplace has been cleverly converted into a computer cubbyhole with a bookcase to the side. The beautiful kitchen/breakfast room is of a generous size and is extremely well appointed with a range of beech wood Shaker style units inset with a ceramic hob, cooker hood, and Neff double oven with matching microwave over. The dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer are integrated and there is ample space for a 6-seater dining table.
