Set in a prime position within this popular Georgian style development, enjoying southerly views over Lower Halliford Green to the front. It is conveniently situated within 0.7 mile walk of Shepperton village and station and only 1.1 miles from Walton-on-Thames town centre. The well-proportioned accommodation has a light and airy feel enhanced by large windows and high ceilings and provides a practical layout including a useful guest cloakroom. The original parquet floor in the reception rooms has been preserved under the carpet and whilst the property has had some improvements including the majority of the windows being replaced with sealed unit double-glazing, the installation of cavity wall insulation and replacement of the central heating boiler in 2007.
