"Three bedroom house on a quaint residential road just a short walk to Richmond Park and Station with a large living/dining room and private garden. The property is set of two floors with an open living room/dining room on the first floor that leads into the modern kitchen and out to the rear private easy to maintain garden. Upstairs there are two good size double bedrooms and a smaller single bedroom or office. Located just minutes from Richmond Park and such a short walk into Richmond Town centre for an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants. For transport links Richmond Station is a 10 minute walk and has regular trains to Clapham Junction and Waterloo. There are also a number of local bus routes available. The property requires some minor redecorations and internal photos will be uploaded once they are complete. It will be ready for occupation from early March. Please see floor plan for layout. We can hold the property for up to four weeks. (Date available subject to change) We do not charge any agency fees. All you have to pay for is rent and deposit. Minimum Term 12 months. This will continue on a month by month basis thereafter. If you decide to stay on the rent will be fixed for 2 years.
