"A unique and spacious detached family home offered in excellent condition throughout. The current owners have tastefully decorated the property and replaced the kitchen and bathrooms as well as internal doors and fittings to a high standard. The flexible living accommodation on the ground floor consists of an enclosed entrance hallway with a glazed door which leads into the hall. The hall benefits from parquet style flooring, which extends throughout the ground floor reception rooms. A split level staircase leads to a light and spacious dual aspect reception room with part vaulted ceiling and feature fireplace. There is a generous dining room with sliding glazed doors on to the rear terrace and a door leading to a fantastic refitted kitchen with Corian worktops and Miele integrated appliances including combination microwave oven, single oven, heating drawer, induction hob and dishwasher. To complete the ground floor there is a study/family room/playroom, a separate WC with a cloaks cupboard and a utility room with door to the side.
