I bought the house over 20 years ago and spent many happy years living in the property before changing areas and renting it out. I have recently renovated the bathroom and both separate cloakrooms and chose modern, neutral fixtures which I hope will suit all tastes!
One of the attractions to the house is the location, the train station is only a 10 minute walk away and the High Street is just around the corner, handy for a pint of milk if you run out.
It is a great house for socialising; the dining room opens out onto the garden so it’s perfect for summer bbqs and both reception rooms are of a good size with plenty of space for family and friends.
