"This extended three double bedroom family home is situated in a semi rural location, yet the local shops, train station and some great schools are still on your doorstep.

You are surrounded by fantastic Surrey countryside, ideal for those long relaxing walks on Sunday.

The house itself has been extended to the rear to give it that extra living space downstairs, much sought after by most of families.

The room that really makes this house special, however, is the modern kitchen which opens up into a conservatory, making this feel very spacious. There is plenty of storage and it will make the chef of the house proud with its sleek worktop finish.

Look out of the conservatory to discover a hidden jewel that can’t be seen from the road. The immaculately landscaped rear garden would not look out of place at a Chelsea Flower Show competition! The garden has been cleverly designed to offer everything from a great entertaining area while having summer BBQ’s, to a vegetable garden for any green-fingered enthusiasts to save you some money on the weekly shop!

What the Owner says:

We wanted this house the moment we saw the kitchen and conservatory overlooking the garden. We get enormous pleasure from growing our own vegetables and have wonderful neighbours, who tend our garden when we are away.

Spring and summer evenings are spent in the garden and in winter, we move indoors to enjoy our open hearth log fire.

We are lucky to live on the edge of the countryside, even though we can get to work in London by train in 40 minutes.
