"***Open Day Saturday 19th March - Call for an appointment***Hunter & Company have great pleasure in offering to let this four bedroom detached family home located in one of Redhill's most sought after locations. Properties in Carlton Green do not come available often, in fact only five have been on the market in the last five years meaning this is a location where families come to settle down and lay their foundations. This particular home is no different, what first impressed us was the space and flexible accommodation on offer.

The entrance hall with its galleried landing is unique and bound to impress first time visitors. The ground floor comprises a decent size living room that has a double aspect and pleasant views to the front and rear. The adjoining dining room can also be access via double doors off of the entrance hall and also has a large window facing the rear garden.The flexible part of the accommodation comes from the position of bedroom four being also on the ground floor, opening this room up to being used for a multitude of uses. The addition of the separate shower room and WC being accessed from the utility also offers flexibility with how this great house can be used.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms all with lovely views either to the front, side or rear of the property. There are three further primary schools within a mile, Wray Common Primary School, St Matthew's CofE Primary School and St Joseph's Catholic Primary School. Royal Alexander and Albert School, Redhill town centre and mainline station are also within a mile. Reigate High Street is less than 1.5 miles away.

Travelling up to London Victoria from Redhill is achievable in 35 minutes and London Bridge within 1 hour. Redhill is also undergoing a full redevelopment programme including the recent reopening of the Memorial Park, upgrade of the train station with the introduction of the new Waitrose store, new two storey Sainsburys supermarket and so much more to come."
