This is a substantial family residence situated in a tranquil part of Watercolour.   The property is set over three floors with bright and spacious rooms.
The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a cloak room and a 27ft living room and dining room.
The first floor comprises three bedrooms. Two of bedrooms have en-suite.   The third bedroom has been converted to a fitted study, but can revert back to being a bedroom, if required.
The second floor comprises a fabulous master bedroom with dressing area and a large en-suite bathroom.
The property is an excellent condition and is decorated tastefully throughout. The property has a rear garden with a small patio and lawn. There is a single garage en bloc.

Watercolour is an established village community created around two stunning lagoons, situated in the thriving town of Redhill.    The residents benefit from access to a playground, communal gardens, walkways, cycle ways, a bus service, Tesco Express, a doctors surgery, a chemist and a vets; perfect for families and commuters alike.

Redhill and Merstham train stations are within walking distance where direct trains will take you to London Bridge and Victoria in less than 30 minutes.

The owners told us that they bought this property to be their first home outside London due the large spacious rooms and great commuting links to London. The lounge, dining room and garden are perfect for enjoying lazy weekends at home or entertaining family and friends. The master bedroom has to be viewed to fully appreciate how large it really is. Unlike some homes in the vicinity, the second floor is not built into the eves so there is not stooping to avoid banging your head on the ceiling!

Since we moved in, we have installed:
- extra cupboards, a wine rack and extended the granite work top in the kitchen.
-fitted wardrobes in the main bedroom and the rear facing bedroom on the first floor
-fully fitted study, can revert to being a bedroom
- shelves to first floor storage cupboard and in the garage, which still has room to park a large car.

We have particularly valued having Tesco Express a short stroll away and the doctors' surgery where you can get a same day appointment. Beyond Watercolour, there are many excellent schools, leisure facilities, shops and restaurants in the area.

Outside, the rear garden is laid to lawn and fence enclosed plus there is a private garage en bloc with an up and over door."
