"Tucked away in a quiet residential road is this lovely semi-detached home, which has character and charm with some outstanding views over Surrey.

Approaching this 1930 s style home, steps lead you up to the covered porch and once inside you are welcomed into the hallway. Through to the left is a large and bright dining room, big enough for a dining table and chairs for more formal dinner parties.

Back through to the hallway, there is a door to your left leading into the comfy lounge area with a stunning brick exposed open fireplace. Winter evenings will be extremely snug once you light up the fire and curl up to watch a good movie! In the summer months however, open the French doors from the rear extension leading out to the patio area, where you can enjoy tasty BBQ s whilst the children play on the elevated lawn.

Through to the modern kitchen designed by the current owner, with black worktops and plenty of unit space with an integrated dishwasher. There is also a door providing side access in and out of the house. Like many other houses of this period, there is potential to open this whole area out to make room for a wonderful open plan kitchen & entertaining space.

On the first floor, there are two double rooms and a small third bedroom which could be used as an office or nursery. The front bedroom is the best spot in the house to admire the beauty that all the Surrey Hills have to offer. You can see as far as Redhill Common, St. John s Church and even the whole of Royal Earlswood Park, it is believed you can see as far as 8 miles. The family bathroom is modern in cream tiles and wooden bath paneling. Up to the second floor the fourth bedroom is spacious with a Velux window and an en-suite shower room.

Surrounded by peace and serenity, this is the ideal family home in a fantastic location within walking distance to Redhill town centre and Earlswood train station, local shops and some of Surrey finest schools.

'Views that take your breath away on entering this pretty 1930?s house you get a real sense of peace and the feeling the owner has loved this home. A very popular road and one of which you don't see many houses come to the market, which shows how much people love bringing up their families here. Surrounded by young professionals and people coming into retirement, you get a great sense of community in the road.? 'I have been here for over 35 years and enjoyed every moment of bringing up my family here. We loved the location and the feeling of being secluded yet so close to amenities. We added the loft bedroom as our family grew and have extended to the rear which has made the kitchen and lounge much better for entertaining. Sitting in the front room in the evening and watching the sun set over the roof tops is a sight I will sorely miss!'
