"Houses along here are in demand as buyer s moving from London feel the similarity in the roads and property styles are un-canny. An area, perfect for young professionals and families, this house with high ceilings and generously sized windows is in a street of similar elegant houses built in an era reliant on natural light.

You approach via a small formal front garden with the front door being on the side of the house. It opens into a compact entrance hallway leading to both separate reception rooms. Having two reception rooms makes this a very versatile home for whoever occupies these properties to arrange it as they see fit. Either room could be used as a family or dining room. The reception room at the rear of the house opens to the kitchen making this a more social area.

In most homes the kitchen is the hub of the house and here is no exception. You will find everything you need to make even the most gourmet of dinners. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a large family bathroom.

A very convenient location to be within walking distance to Redhill s fantastic train station with excellent transport in and out of London, Gatwick and Brighton. Just imagine walking out your front door, knowing you could be enjoying the bright lights of London in 45 minutes or less! Redhill town centre has all your essential shopping needs, however if you do run out of milk one morning, don t worry, the local corner shop is always in stock and only a few seconds walk away.

I like it because just a short stroll to the station you can be up to the glitz and glamour of the west end in no time at all enjoying its array of shows, top restaurants or just for a quick cocktail.

Safe in the knowledge you can return to your quiet and friendly community once London has tired you out. Having bought this property a number of years ago, purely as an investment, we have continually been impressed by the number of potential tenants this area and these style of houses attract.
At no point has it been empty for lengthy periods of time and it has always achieved incredible rents.
I can also see that for the owner/ occupier this will really appeal, as they are how now transformed into a London commuter neighbourhood."
