"Linnell Road has forever been popular with our clients from near and afar as it has so much to offer!
Set back from the hustle and bustle of the town but still within easy reach to the mainline station, this traditional family home can be found just as you turn the corner into this quiet cul-de-sac.
Immediately you are drawn to the large driveway which is great for those of you with more than one car. You can fit at least three on here, ideal for bringing in the children, or at least the shopping!
There is also a detached garage at the end of the extensive lawned garden which is accessed via Philanthropic Road, so if you need that extra storage, have expensive hobbies or even motorbikes, this could be perfect for you.
Having been occupied by the same family for over 25 years, this home immediately gives off the family feel as you walk through the door, and has been well cared for over the years providing a great house to live in and entertain friends.
The lounge faces the front of the house giving a pleasant view into the close, whilst the dining room looks straight out onto the garden and leads to the kitchen, great for dinner parties! A conservatory can be found on the other side of the kitchen and could be used for many things.
The upstairs has been cleverly designed to not only have three bedrooms on the first floor with a modern shower room, but also to incorporate stairs to a further fourth bedroom complete with its own en-suite bathroom.

What the Owner says:

We were attracted to this house because of where it is situated, off the main road, close to local schools and shops and not far from family. The house was a perfect size to start our family in and having a big frontage and large rear garden was an added bonus.

We have lived here happily for 25 years and have fond memories of our children growing up and playing with their friends in the garden over the years.

We have improved the living space to suit our growing family’s needs and the loft conversion is an ideal space for a teenager. We feel it is time to move on as it is not necessary for us to be in a prime location any more.
