A spacious two double bedroom, two bathroom first floor apartment presented in excellent condition.

This modern apartment is just 9 years old, and is large, light and airy. Located with excellent bus links, and in walking distance (just a mile) to Redhill town centre including the Belfry shopping centre, Harlequin Theatre and Cinema, and Redhill mainline train station with its fast links to London Victoria, London Bridge, Gatwick Airport and onto Brighton, fast cross country links East to main Kent stations including Tonbridge, and West via main Surrey stations to Reading.  The apartment is also a mile from Merstham station which is on the Redhill line.
