"Offered to the market is this superbly presented three bedroom semi-detached family home in the popular location of Merstham.Β  Β The property benefits from refurbishment throughout and is now decorated, in our opinion, to a fantastic standard by the current vendors. The property has also been extended on the right hand side of the property to include a utility area/workshop. On the ground floor you enter via a storm porch into the entrance hall and on the left hand side is a good-sized living room with a new wooden floor which has been opened up into a dining area overlooking the south facing garden. In addition there is a modern kitchen which has been recently fitted and includes integrated appliances. This leads out onto the extended side of the property housing the utility room and workshop where a large fridge and tumble dryer currently reside. On the first floor are three good sized bedrooms, all of which would comfortably house a double bed. The first bedroom is an excellent size, looking out onto woodland.
