"Located in the popular Clarence Road the family home is coming to the market for the first time in years. The layout works fantastically well for a family, as you approach the house there is a in and out drive way providing private parking off the road. Inside the house there are three good sized bright and airy reception rooms, a lounge, dining room and a family room, which the current owners found great for family life. On the ground floor the garage has been converted into office space and it is possible for this house to have a complete home office. There is access to the secluded garden from the dining room via French doors.

Upstairs there is a large landing with all of the room running off it, the master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom and a range of fitted wardrobes. The other three bedrooms are all of a good size and the family bathroom is beautiful. It was refitted within the last year and to a high standard.

The property is situated near some great walks over Reigate and Redhill Golf course, and is situated very close to the very popular Reigate School, whilst also being within close proximity to Reigate Grammer School and Dunotta School for Girls.

Transport links from here are great, being accessable to Redhill mainline station it is possible to be in London within 40 minutes, not to mention being off junction 8 of the M25.

This house has been a very happy family home. When looking for a house it was important to us that we had good sized bedrooms for our children, as well as space to run our business from home. This property was one of the only houses with this possibility. This coupled with the great location and the fact the children could get to and from school at Reigate Grammar made it a great family home.
