"This more than substantial 4/5 bedroom detached family home is situated on the Earlswood/Reigate borders and offers a vast amount of accommodation.
This great family home is situated on a quiet residential road in the catchment area for some of the top rated schools including St Bede's, Reigate and St Johns Primary which is situated less than a quarter of a mile away.
The current owners have made a number of improvements while they have lived here which includes refitting the kitchen to an extremely high standard to include under floor heating and granite work tops. They also have plans drawn for a further extension to the side of the property which may appeal to some, however in our opinion the current accommodation is more than ample and certainly has been for the current family who have four children.
Accommodation includes a spacious entrance hall with storage area, lounge with bay window, separate family room, fitted kitchen plus breakfast/dining area which overlooks onto the garden.
Upstairs another improvement the current owners have made is that they have created an ensuite shower room and dressing area off of the main bedroom.
There are three further bedrooms upstairs with bedroom two benefitting from an additional study/dressing room which at present is used as another bedroom and bedroom three which currently has been divided slightly to provide an office for the current owners. The rooms to the front also enjoy a view out onto St Johns church with views of the North Downs from the rear.
There is also a family bathroom with white suite including a power shower above the bath.
We would like to highlight that there really is no end to how you can have the accommodation on the first floor laid out.
Outside the rear garden is mainly lawned and is extremely secluded. There is an additional timber decked area, side access and a door leading to the double garage which measures an impressive 19'8 x 16'8.
As well as the garage there is ample off road parking to the front of the property with the property being screened from the road from a variety of shrubs.
