"A charming extended detached character house with attractive part rendered and part stone and brick quoin elevations. This delightful home offers adaptable accommodation arranged over two levels having been lovingly restored and extended over the years. The accommodation commences with an entrance lobby which in turn leads to the dining hall from where there is an opening to the spacious double aspect sitting room with open fireplace. The double aspect kitchen/breakfast room has a range of cupboards with an AGA. A door leads from the kitchen to the utility room and the cloakroom beyond. On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms with stripped wood floors. There is a family bathroom and a separate shower room.

Situation
The property is situated opposite the golf course in Earlswood, just south of Redhill town centre and is set within easy access of Earlswood Station which provides regular services to London Bridge, Victoria and Gatwick airport which is about 5 miles distant via the A23. The major motorway networks can be accessed via the M25 (J8) at Reigate Hill. The town centre of Reigate offers a diverse selection of boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants, whilst more extensive shops can be found in the local town centre of Redhill. There are a number of good schools, both state and independent, for all ages. To name a few, the sought after senior state schools, The Reigate School and St Bede's in Redhill, and independent Reigate Grammar School, Dunottar and the highly regarded preparatory school The Hawthorns is located just outside Redhill in Bletchingley.
