"Sweep through and into a peaceful square of modern style houses, each with mature front gardens adding a welcome touch of green in this super, quiet village location.

This idyllic home is the perfect property for any first-time buyers, small family or professionals.
When you enter the house, you are immediately welcomed into the spacious and bright lounge which has a feature fireplace and is decorated in neutral tones. It is a cosy place for everyone to enjoy a good movie night together with views out onto the peaceful close.

Through to the modern kitchen this is again is neutrally decorated with cream work tops and floor tiles, so there isn t much work to be done here, which is always handy when moving into a new place. Through to the conservatory/dining room, this is the perfect pace to have your dining table and chairs, whist hosting many dinners and gathering with friends and family. In the warmer months, you can swing open the door and enjoy Al-Fresco dining in the garden where there is a patio area and then lawn to the rear. It s a great size and sun trap with little maintenance to be done!

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both a generous size and a white family bathroom suite.
Outside there are two allocated parking space!

South Nutfield is a very sought after location. Its community vibe and family oriented streets are excellent for children to interact with each other and within the cul-de-sac there is a private meadow which is only available to the residents.

The village shop is always stocked with your essential daily needs plus some homemade cakes and pastries and the Priory farm is just up the road, so you can have fresh meat, fruit and veg every day! Nutfield train station has links in and out of the City if you need to commute and access to the M25 is only a short drive away.

'The country air!! The location here is second to none with green fields and a meadow at the end of the road. This lovely quiet village has an excellent community and plenty of country pubs and cute independent stores with all your necessaries you could need. I would highly recommend Nutfield Priory Hotel and Spa to spend some well-earned R&R time in the glamorous spa which is only a short drive up the road.' 'This has been a great home for us with everything we could need all within walking and driving distance. It is a quiet, family friendly road and we have made some nice neighbourly friends.There is a cut through by foot at the end of Kings Mead which takes you straight to the train station in only a few minutes... and on the way home you pass the pub!'"
