The staircase sits proudly between the living room and the dining room with some extra bonus storage beneath the stairs. The wood flooring leads seamlessly from one room to the next. The dining room is positioned between the kitchen and the new conservatory. Replaced about 3 or 4 years ago, the conservatory adds extra living space and provides access through double doors straight out onto the terrace and garden. The very smart kitchen boasts a high quality range of wall and base units and drawers, all soft-closing. Every corner has been utilised with clever pull-out shelving. The AEG gas hob, self-cleaning oven and extractor fan are included in the sale, and there is space for a fridge and slimline dishwasher. The garage also houses the newly installed electric fuse box as well as the gas and electric meters. The rear garden is accessed though a wooden gate to the side and is south west facing, making the most of the sunshine. Partly laid to lawn but also with terracing and thoughtfully designed borders with a variety of plants and trees. Slate chippings are scattered around the bottoms of the cherry, pear, hazelnut and apple trees. A very well built summer house, which has been used as a garden office provides additional space for use all year round with the added bonus of electric points and lighting. Fully fenced, secure and private, this garden is sure to appeal to most.
