"LOCATION Located in a quiet cul-de-sac shared with just a handful of other detached properties, set in the heart of Hurst Green village and within a short walk of the mainline station with direct trains to London Bridge and Victoria. The garden backs onto the quiet side of the green in the village. Oxted is just over a mile away, this commuter town is surrounded by National Trust land, and boasts the ever popular Master Park offering year round events. The town includes a Leisure Complex with swimming pool, independent boutique cinema and a range of shops including a Morrisons and a Waitrose. Junction 6 of the M25 is approximately 3 miles distant. There are a number of good local state and independent schools for all ages, some are within walking distance. 

DESCRIPTION This well maintained property has been lovingly looked after by the same family for about 15 years, fitted with modern double glazing throughout, gas central heating and a boiler with a full service history. Satellite and cable points both upstairs and down are a convenient feature. OUTSIDE The front driveway offers enough space to park four vehicles and leads to the one and a half sized garage with an electrically operated roller garage door. The garage has power and light, a second door to the side of the property and houses the boiler. There is a wide grassy lawn to the front with a hedge and fence border. Side access through a metal gate leads past the rear door to the kitchen and onto the very secluded lawned rear garden. Fully fenced with high hedges that back on to the green, this garden offers complete privacy. Pretty and mature shrubs border the lawn and a terraced area offers a perfect space for outside dining. A large area to the western side of the house provides a possibility of an extension (STPP).
