"LOCATION This family home is set within Hurst Green village and is within walking distance of the main line station with direct trains to London Bridge and Victoria. Oxted is just over a mile away, this commuter town is surrounded by National Trust land, and boasts the ever popular Master Park offering year round events. The town includes several boutiques, a Leisure Complex with swimming pool, independent cinema and a range of shops including a Morrisons and a Waitrose. There are a number of good local state and independent schools for all ages, some are within walking distance. Junction 6 of the M25 is approximately 3 miles distant.  

DESCRIPTION The front door of this charming cottage opens onto a small hallway with the stairway to the first floor and a door giving access to the downstairs accommodation. The downstairs comprises of a living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. The beautifully bright living room, with its large windows and open fireplace with original cast iron surround, makes a welcoming entrance to the home.
