Ekvirke is a detached family home offering well presented accommodation arranged over 2 levels.  Internally modernised in recent years by the current owners.  A bright entrance hall with wooden floor leads to a dual aspect kitchen/breakfast room with underfloor heating and doors to the garden.  The 2 reception rooms have been opened up into a large triple aspect space with ample room for lounge furniture and dining table.  There is a separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom. To the first floor a generous master bedroom boasts an en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, eaves storage and large balcony overlooking the gardens.  Three further bedrooms and the family bathroom round off the accommodation.

Outside:

The property is approached by a gated gravel drive which provides off street parking for several vehicles.  In recent years a detached home office with light and power and a large timber framed double garage with electric roller doors have been added.  The mature gardens surround the property on all sides and there is a decked area to the rear.

Directions:

From Godstone (M25 Junction 6) head towards Oxted on the A25.  Turn right at the traffic lights into Woodhurst Lane and continue towards Hurst Green.  Continue straight over the mini roundabout and after a short distance turn left into Holland Lane.  Continue over the bridge and the entrance to the private lane can be found on the left hand side.  Ekvirke can be found at the end of the lane.

Situation: 

The property is in a convenient location and near to Oxted town centre with a wide variety of shopping facilities including a choice of supermarkets, banks, health centre, cinema and leisure pool complex.  For the commuter there is a fast frequent rail service to East Croydon and London about 40 minutes.  Equally nearby there is an excellent choice of schools in both the private and state sector, including Oxted County school.  Recreational facilities include tennis, squash and badminton at Limpsfield lawn tennis club and golf at Limpsfield or Tandridge.  The M25 can be accessed at junction 6 (Godstone) which is about four and a half miles distant also providing access to both Gatwick and Heathrow international airports.
