"LOCATION This family home is situated within a 5 minute walk of Hurst Green station. The town of Oxted is approximately 1 mile away and offers a more comprehensive range of facilities including a cinema, leisure centre and a variety of local shops and supermarkets including Waitrose and Morrisons. 

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION This bright and airy double fronted house was built in 1997. The entrance hall provides access to the well laid out ground floor accommodation. There is a useful cloakroom with w.c. and wash hand basin, a study to the front and family room with bay window also to the front of the house. The living room has patio doors opening to the rear garden and a gas coal effect fire. The kitchen/diner has been extended to provide a large dining area with doors and full length windows to the rear garden and space for both a dining table and sofa. The kitchen was replaced approximately 2 years ago and provides a range of white wall and base units with contrasting worktop. There is a 1 1/2 bowl sink with pull out mixer tap, breakfast bar, space for a fridge/freezer, cooker and dishwasher, a window to the side and a door to the utility room. The utility has matching kitchen units, a sink, window to the front, door to the garage and space for a washing machine and tumble dryer or fridge. The garage has an up and over door to the front, door to the rear garden, power and light.

Upstairs the landing has a built in cupboard and airing cupboard and access to the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has two windows to the front, two double built in wardrobes and access to the large ensuite bathroom. With a storage cupboard, bath with hand held shower, shower cubicle, w.c., pedestal wash hand basin, heated towel rail, obscure glass window to the front and tiled walls and floor. There are two large double bedrooms with a Jack and Jill shower room between them. One bedroom has a window to the front and a deep storage cupboard/wardrobe. The other bedroom has a window to the rear and a built in double wardrobe. The Jack and Jill shower room provides a shower cubicle, pedestal wash hand basin, w.c. and obscured glass window to the rear. There are two further bedrooms both with windows to the rear, one has access to the loft. The accommodation is completed by a family bathroom incorporating a bath with shower over, w.c., pedestal wash hand basin and obscure glass window to the side.  

OUTSIDE There is a lawned area to the front of the house, off road parking for two cars to the side with access to the garage. The attractive south facing rear garden is mainly laid to lawn and has a couple of patio areas.
