" OPEN DAY SATURDAY 25th OCTOBER. Four bedroom detached property with a large conservatory, newly fitted open plan kitchen/dining room, a manageable sized level lawn and a lovely outlook backing onto fields. Located within a short walk of a main line train station. Currently undergoing improvements.

This modern property built in 1997 by Linden Homes has one of the best outlooks in the road, with far reaching views across playing fields and paddocks. There is off road parking for two cars and a garage, although this would be more appropriate for storage rather than a car. The entrance hall has engineered oak flooring and leads to the living room, stairs and downstairs cloakroom with a w.c. and hand wash basin. The living room has a large square bay window, a centrally placed gas fire with polished stone hearth and surround, a wooden mantel, handy under stair cupboard and doors leading to the kitchen/dining room.

The house is currently undergoing improvements and will be completed for the sale of this property. The kitchen is being installed with high quality finishing's offering an open plan design with a breakfast bar between this and the dining area. Included within the new kitchen is a range cooker, integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher and extractor, there is space for a large American style fridge. The level garden is mainly laid to lawn with a shed, three chestnut trees and a variety of other trees and shrubs. There is a useful patio area close to the house with space for outside furniture, ideal for al-fresco dining, with a further patio area at the end of garden.
