"LOCATION Located in the heart of Oxted town centre, a short walk from all the facilities Oxted town has to offer. Ideally placed for commuting with fast and frequent trains to London and East Croydon, along with access to the M25 about 3 miles distant. Oxted offers a range of boutiques, supermarkets including Waitrose and Morrisons, a Leisure centre with swimming pool, an independant cinema as well as nearby parks and woodland. Master Park, located in the centre of town, holds seasonal events and has a cricket club. Schooling in both the private and public sector is well served for all age ranges.  

DESCRIPTION The front door opens to a hallway with space to hang coats, a window to the side, access to the open plan living/dining room, kitchen, stairs to the first floor and an under stairs cupboard.The open plan living/dining area feels light and spacious due to having dual aspect views from a large bay window to the front of the property and French doors to the rear. There is also an attractive fireplace housing an electric fire and bifolding doors allowing the living and dining room to be separated if required.The roomy kitchen has a range of wall and base units, wooden work surface, a sink with drainer set beneath a window overlooking the garden, integrated gas hob, electric oven and washing machine.
