"PROPERTY DESCRIPTION A detached house with four bedrooms and three reception rooms situated on a wide plot on a sought after road within walking distance of Oxted town centre and Limpsfield village. The property enjoys far reaching views over the North Downs.

A large enclosed porch leads to the entrance hall with two understairs cupboards and access to all other rooms. The double aspect dining room is light and airy and has a feature fireplace with a gas fire, patio doors to the rear garden and an archway leading to the sitting room. This welcoming second reception room also has a feature fireplace currently fitted with an electric fire, a window to the front and doors to the fully glazed conservatory. There is a separate study from the hallway overlooking the front garden. The breakfast room has a door to the rear garden and through to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units, a stainless steel sink, integrated double oven, gas hob, space for a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The large utility room also has wall and base units, sink, door to the garden, space and plumbing for washing machine and access to the cloakroom with w.c. and wash hand basin.

Upstairs the landing has large windows to the front and plenty of storage cupboards. Two double bedrooms have ensuites (one with a bath, one with a shower) and views to the garden. There are two further bedrooms, airing cupboard, family bathroom and separate w.c..
